How to delete your account

To prevent misuse and harassment through multiple accounts, account deletion is only possible 72 hours (3 days) after account creation.

Important Notes on Account Deletion

• Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
• If you delete your VIP account, you cannot transfer VIP to another account

How to Delete Your Account (iOS / Android)

1. On the Profile page, tap the Settings icon
2. Tap [Account]
3. Tap [Delete account]
   *If your account has a wallet, ensure that your wallet recovery phrase is backed up, then tap [Yes]
4. Tap [Delete account]
5. Tap [Delete account] again to confirm
