Costs for the Customer Outside of Service Costs
Packet communication fees when streaming through a phone line using a mobile device (packet communication fees will vary based on the customer's mobile contract)
Payment Timing & Methods
Payments will be processed as follows:
VIP Features: Charged immediately upon subscription or renewal.
EMPL: Charged immediately upon purchase.
Accepted payment methods:
iOS App: Apple Pay
Android App: Google Pay
Web: Credit Card
VIP features are a monthly subscription service. The subscription automatically renews at the end of the valid period for the same duration and price as the initial contract. Monthly charges will be billed on the same date each month.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled up until the day before the next billing date. Payments that have already been made for the current subscription period are non-refundable.
Service Availability
The service will be available immediately upon completing the in-app or web payment process.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases cannot be canceled or refunded after completion.
