On Yay! there is a feature to search for users to make new friends.
・You can search for users using the following search conditions
▷Name
▷Biography
▷Users of a similar age
▷Exclude users who recently became Rule breakers
■How to search (For iOS and Android)
1. Tap the 🔎 icon at the top left of the timeline screen
2. Tap [Search user] at the bottom of the screen
3. Enter the search conditions
4. Tap the Search button
