- Please be cautious when importing wallet from other services into Wallet
- Please be careful when using Wallet with other services (such as when exporting it)
- Please ensure that your recovery phrase is not seen by others when checking or exporting it
*Please note that if you are importing wallet in Yay! or using Wallet which is created in Yay! in other services, our ability to provide support is limited to the Yay! app. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
How to create wallet (iOS/ Android)
- Tap the bag icon in the top corner of your profile screen and tap [Wallet]
- Tap [Create a new wallet]
- Set a passcode
- Re-enter the passcode for confirmation
*If you have not yet completed phone number verification, please do so on the next screen - Tap [Cloud backup]
- Tap [Show] to complete the process
