As part of enhancing the security of your Yay! account, you can set up 2-step authentication.
This article uses Google Authenticator by Google as the authentication app.
With this setting, you can enable two-factor authentication within the Yay! app, which will be required when logging into the app.
If you forget your 2-step Authentication method (such as the authentication app or authentication code), it will be difficult for us to provide support.
Therefore, please ensure that you diligently manage your authentication accounts in the authentication app.
Setup Instructions《iOS / Android》
- Tap [Account information]
- Tap the toggle for [2-step Authentication]
- Tap [Copy] below the authentication code
*You can also scan the QR code with another mobile device and set it up in the authentication app - Launch the authentication app and add a new authentication account
- Create an account name and paste the copied authentication code into the [Your key] field to complete the setup
*The setup steps may vary depending on the authentication app you use - Copy the code generated by the authentication app
- Return to the Yay! app and tap [Next]
- Paste the code and tap [Verify] to complete the authentication code setup.

- Click your account name in the top right corner on WEB and click [Settings]
- Click on [2-step authentication] and then click [Next]
- Use your mobile device for authentication
