About the Translation Button
You can translate text posted on the timeline based on the language set in the app.
Translation is available on Public Timeline, Following Timeline and Circle Timeline.
For example, if your app language is set to English, the [Translate post] button will appear for posts written in other languages (e.g., Japanese, Chinese).
Please note that translation is not available for your own posts.
Additionally, there is a limit to the number of times you can use the translation feature, and the limits differ between VIP users and regular users.
Details regarding the usage limits cannot be disclosed as they are deeply tied to the system. However, the translation feature will reset and become available again at the start of a new month.
How to Manage the Translation Button
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner of the profile page and select your account name
- Tap [Device settings]
- Use the [Display translation button] option to enable or disable the translation button
*Enabling this feature may affect the loading speed of the timeline.
