1. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the profile page
2. Tap the Account
3. Tap Age verification
4. Tap Verify my age, take a picture of your ID card, and fill out the required fields
Age verification requires the submission of an ID card that is a "certificate of qualification issued by a public agency."
Examples of documents that can be submitted
- Student ID card
- Insurance ID card
- Driver's license
- Passport
- My Number card
- Basic resident register card
- Mutual Aid Association member card
- Pension book
- Disability certificate
Also, please be sure to enter your correct date of birth in the application, as we cannot verify your age if the date of birth in the application is different from the date of birth in the ID card.
■I do not have an ID card that I can submit
On Yay! we ask for all users to submit their ID card in order to protect safety.
We kindly ask for your cooperation.
In addition, if you do not have an ID card, such as because you are in junior high school, please contact us on the official LINE account for management.
■I want to redo age verification
On Yay! you cannot submit your age verification again in order to protect safety.
However, depending on the situation, we may accept a renewed application through the official LINE account of management. Please reach out to management.
