Phone number verification

Phone number verification for your account can be done via SMS verification or voice call verification.

▶︎SMS Authentication>>

1. Tap the settings icon at the top right of your profile page
2. Tap account name
3. Tap [Account information]
4. Tap [Phone number verification]
5. Tap [Verify phone number]
6. Enter the phone number of yours and tap [Next]
7. Enter the verification number received via SMS
8. When verification has been completed, click [Close] to complete the process

▶︎Voice call authentication>>

If you cannot receive the code via the SMS, please try voice call authentication.

1. Tap [Voice call >>]
2. Wait for incoming call
3. When you receive a call, an authentication code will be voiced to you, type the code in the box
4. When verification has been completed, click [Close] to complete the process

You will receive a call from overseas (+1) to the phone number you registered.
(It may take about 2 minutes for the call to actually pick up, so please wait for the call to arrive.)

We will tell you the verification number required for phone number verification by voice, so please have a memo ready.

If you have tried all of the above and still cannot complete phone number verification,
please contact management.
