Please refer to the following regarding penalty standards on Yay!
Yay! aims to be a service where people of various ages and backgrounds can have fun.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in using the app with care in order to provide a "place to be" for all users.
If you notice any users carrying out behavior that corresponds to the following, please report them.

■Examples of behavior that will be penalized (violations of the terms)

1. Exchanging IDs for other social media platforms
   ▷We have received reports about users who invite people to
   　other social media platforms to commit crimes or harassment.
   　As exchanging IDs for other social media platforms is prohibited in the terms of use,
   　we kindly ask that you please report corresponding users.
2. Posting unpleasant images or videos or interacting unpleasantly
   ▷We have received reports about users who post unpleasant images or
   　videos or send unpleasant chats.
   　As we imagine that responding will escalate the situation,
   　we kindly ask that you please report these users without responding to them.
3. Persistent harassment
   ▷We have received reports about users who create multiple accounts
   　on the same device and carry out persistent harassment, such as through repeated messages.
   　As we imagine that responding will escalate the situation,
   　we kindly ask that you please report these users without responding to them.
4. Using photos of others without permission or impersonating others
   ▷We have received reports about users who use photos of others
   　without permission or impersonate others.
   　As we imagine that they are generally acting with malicious intent,
   　we kindly ask that you please report corresponding users when you encounter them.
5.  Lewd behavior or statements
   ▷We have received reports about users who exhibit lewd behavior or
   　make lewd statements through calls or chats.
   　As we imagine that responding will escalate the situation,
   　we kindly ask that you please report these users without responding to them.
6.  Selling goods and services or engaging in the transfer of money
   ▷On Yay! selling goods and services or engaging in the transfer of money is prohibited
   　in the terms of use.
   　As we imagine that they are generally acting with malicious intent,
   　we kindly ask that you please report corresponding users when you encounter them.
7. Persuading users to join businesses or side jobs
   ▷On Yay! persuading users to join businesses or side jobs is prohibited in the terms of use.
   　As we imagine that they are generally acting with malicious intent, we kindly ask that you please report corresponding users when you encounter them.
8. Creating and joining Circle that avoid chat age restrictions
   ▷Yay! has set age limits for chatting in order to maintain the safety of the app.
   　It is a violation if you create Circle instead of chat that circumvents age restrictions.
9. Act of dating etc.
   ▷At Yay!, one-on-one encounters that lead to crimes are prohibited
   　as a violation of our terms and conditions.
