When a major violation of the terms is found on an account that is being used, the account will be "banned permanently" to prevent any sort of use in the future.
■When are accounts banned permanently?
・When violations of the terms are repeated even after becoming a "Rule breaker" multiple times in the past
・When a violation that threatens the safety of Yay! is carried out
Depending on the content of the violation of the terms, there is a chance of an immediate "Permanent Ban" without ever becoming a "Rule breaker."

Please note that there may be cases where, after a thorough review by the administration, the suspension cannot be lifted.
■ For accounts that have been permanently suspended and had a VIP subscription:
If an account that has been permanently suspended had a VIP subscription, the subscription will not be automatically canceled.
