On Yay! when you are harassed by a certain user, you can report the user to management.
You can report a user from various places (chat/review/call/post, etc.).
When submitting a report, please enter the reason in detail and select the right category.
All reports will be checked by management and handled within 48 hours.
■How to report from a chat (For iOS and Android)
1. Open the chat screen
2. Tap the ︙ button at the top right and tap [Report user]
3. Enter details about the reason for the report, a screenshot, and details about the report and tap the Send button at the top right

1. Display the review screen
2. Tap the ︙ button at the bottom right of the review
3. Tap Report
4. Enter details about the reason for the report, a screenshot, and details about the report and tap the Send button at the top right
■How to report from a call (For iOS and Android)
1. Long-press the icon of the user to report on the call screen
2. Tap Report
3. Enter details about the reason for the report, a screenshot, and details about the report and tap the Send button at the top right

1. Tap the ︙ button at the bottom right of the post of the user to report on the timeline
