*For violations determined by our company, please refer to the penalty standards.
Reports can be made from various tools. (Chat/Profile/Letter/Call/Post etc.)
When submitting a report, please describe the reason for the report in detail and report in the appropriate category.
Please note that all reports will be reviewed by the Review Department and dealt with within 48 hours.

■How to report from chat (for iOS/Android)
- Open a chat room if the user
- Tap the [︙] icon on the top right and tap [Report]
- Tap ① and select the appropriate report category in ②
- Describe the details of the report and ap [Send] on the top right
■How to report from your profile (for iOS/Android)
- Access the user's profile
- Tap the [︙] icon at the top right of the screen
- Tap [Report]
- Select the appropriate report category, enter the details of the report, and tap [Send]
■How to report from letter (for iOS/Android)
- Tap letter section on your profile
- Tap the [︙] icon at the bottom right of the letter
- Tap [Report]
- Select the appropriate report category, enter the details of the report, and tap [Send]
■How to report from a call (for iOS/Android)
Tap the user icon
Tap [Report]
Select the appropriate report category, enter the details of the report, and tap [Send].
■How to report from posts (for iOS/Android)
- Tap the [︙] icon at the bottom right of the post.
- Tap [Report]
- Select the appropriate report category, enter the details of the report, and tap [Send]
