- Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the profile page
- Tap [Contact and policy]
- Tap [Contact us]
- Tap [Contact us] in the pop-up that is displayed
- Choose the inquiry type
- Enter and send the content of your inquiry after you are transferred to the official LINE account
When you open LINE or email to the management, please enter the details of your inquiry (issues, questions, etc.) and send without deleting the device information and account information that are automatically entered.
