How to Pin or mute a chat room

Our app allows you to pin chats with specific users.
You can also mute notifications from chats for specific users.

■For iOS

1. Swipe the chat you want to pin from the left to the right on the chat list screen
2. Tap the pin icon (📌) or mute icon according to your needs

To cancel, swipe and tap the icon.

■For Android

1. In the chat list, press and hold the chat you want to pin or mute
2. Tap [Mute] or [Pin] to complete the process

To cancel, press and hold again.
